CONTROL BODY – Qualifications of welding technologies

WELD-ING is an accredited control body for the qualification of welding technologies – WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record) according to the standards:

  • SRPS EN ISO 15610 – qualification based on tested welding consumables,
  • SRPS EN ISO 15611 – qualification based on previous welding experience,
  • SRPS EN ISO 15612 – qualification by adoption of a standard welding procedure specification,
  • SRPS EN ISO 15613 – qualification based on pre-production welding test,
  • SRPS EN ISO 15614 – 1 – specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials – Welding procedure test – Part 1: Arc and gas welding of steels and arc welding of nickel and nickel alloys,
  • SRPS EN ISO 15614 – 2 – Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials – Welding procedure test – Part 2: Arc welding of aluminium and its alloys.

WPQR – Welding Procedure Qualification Record – Qualified welding technology aims to prove the competence of the company to be able to make quality welded joints that are the subject of welding technology and raise the quality of the welding procedure to a higher level.

The welding technology qualification allows the welder who has welded the test sample to obtain a welder’s certificate.

Qualified welding technology is a permanent document for the company as long as the company exists under that name.
